Provide deal management leadership for the deal transaction process including coordination with internal and external resources and further documentation of the ongoing transactions, maintain relationships with Entrepreneurs, Venture Capitals, Investment Banks, Financial Institutions and consulting firms to create a strong M&A pipeline to achieve the regulatory compliance.
